Specification:
The instrument is a mobile microprocessor controlled measurement meter for flow, volume and pressure. It has been especially constructed to test ventilators.
The measured values can be displayed and saved by a PC-program (communication via RS232).
Functions - Overview:
1. Flow measuring:
Unidirectional, temperature and pressure compensated
Big sensor with a maximum flow of 150 l/min (100 l/min in O2)
Option: small sensor with a maximum flow of 20 l/min
Gases: air and O2 (optional) (with small sensor also N2O - optional)
Standard conditions: geom. volume, 0C°/1013mbar, 20C°/981mbar and 21C°/1013mbar
2. Differential pressure measuring:
Measuring range 0 .. 120mbar
Display in mbar, cmH2O, kPa, mmHg and psi
3. 'Continuous-Flow'-mode to consider a constant permanent flow
4. Scrolling average value including 5 measurements (may be activated in case of need)
Minute volume, frequency, TI, TE, I:E
5. Trigger possibilities in volume/time measurings
2 adjustable trigger conditions - start and end of measuring
Pressure or flow trigger to be selected
Adjustable trigger delay for any trigger condition
Taking into consideration of 'Continuous-Flow'
6. Adjustable alarm thresholds
Frequency, differential pressure, volume
Adjustable alarm delay
7. Displays for the following measuring values:
Flow: continuous, peak, filtered
Volume
Minute volume
Frequency
TI
TE
I:E
Differential pressure: continuous, maximum value, minimum value, min./max. value, filtered
Continuous-Flow
High pressure (with high pressure option only)
Oxygen (with oxygen option only)
Gas temperature, ambient pressure (with PC-software only)
8. High pressure measuring, optional: 0 .. 7 bar (display in bar, cmH2O, kPa, mmHg and psi)
9. Oxygen measuring, optional: 10 Vol% .. 100 Vol%
10. Optional: internal rechargeable battery, for 'working without without mains power supply'
11. PC-software |
